About Us

The group's association with the honorable profession and the legal fraternity began in 1950 when our founding father Late Sh. Lal Chand Gupta established himself as an Advocate. His sons, namely Sh. Pardeep Gupta & Sh. Ashok Gupta carried forward the families’ name in the profession and passed out their law degrees from Kurukshetra University and started practicing at High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.

With sheer determination, expert skills, insight, commitment, respect and passion for the legal profession, Sh. Pardeep Gupta shifted to practice in the Supreme Court of India in the year 1985 and established an office in the year 1985 in New Delhi.

Closely following in the ancestral footsteps, the group Gupta advocates was enriched with young talent from within the family. Mr. Eklavya Gupta & Mr. Parinav Gupta joined the firm in 2009 and 2011 post completion of their formal legal education from Punjab University and Amity University respectively. Mr. Eklavya Gupta completed his Masters in Law in International Business Law from York University, Osgoode Hall Law School, Canada in 2011 and Mr. Parinav Gupta completed Diploma in International Laws from London School of Economics, London and Chicago Kent College of Law, USA and joined the well-established and renowned family offices at Chandigarh & Delhi, having maximum number of briefs in every branch of law.
